What does Honlly Telecom supply?
Honlly Telecom supplies 4G/5G indoor and outdoor CPE, mobile WiFi hotspots, industrial routers and Ethernet WiFi routers. Start with a named model and confirm its configuration.
How do indoor CPE and an outdoor CPE kit differ?
Indoor CPE places cellular access and local networking indoors. An outdoor kit uses an external receiving unit connected to the indoor network. HL-850UE is an indoor desktop unit; HL-6300R combines an outdoor unit, indoor WiFi router and mini UPS.
Is a WiFi router the same as cellular CPE?
No. An Ethernet WiFi router needs an upstream connection. Cellular CPE includes cellular access functions. For example, HR1800K uses an Ethernet WAN connection; do not assume it has a built-in cellular modem.
How do I confirm operator compatibility?
Provide the deployment country, operator, service and intended model variant. Compare bands and network modes, confirm SIM/APN and approval requirements, and test the actual sample. Band overlap alone is not approval.
Are published data rates guaranteed internet speeds?
No. Listed cellular and WiFi rates describe specification limits. Delivered application performance depends on the network, signal, installation, connected clients and traffic. Use representative acceptance tests.
Do all models support TR-069, TR-369 or SNMP?
No portfolio-wide protocol support is established by a general guide. Check the model specification and confirm the controller, firmware and implemented data-model functions for the project.
Does an eSIM option establish SGP.32 or multi-IMSI support?
No. Confirm the exact eSIM implementation, provisioning service and firmware. An eSIM option alone does not establish a particular remote-provisioning standard or multi-IMSI capability.
Which HL-6300R battery is standard?
The linked specification describes a standard 5000mAh mini UPS battery. Optional 10000mAh and 20000mAh configurations are available on request. Confirm the ordered power arrangement; this does not establish a universal runtime.
Does certification apply to every catalogue model?
No. Check the named holder, model and scope of the document. Quality-management certification and product compliance are different. Request the documents relevant to the destination and device configuration.
What OEM/ODM changes can I request?
Describe the requested hardware, firmware, management integration, branding, packaging and documentation. Feasibility, scope and any additional testing are confirmed for the selected project.
How are price, sample availability and lead time confirmed?
Request a current written quotation for the model, configuration, quantity and delivery destination. Price, supply, sample terms, lead time and minimum order quantity are confirmed for the order.
What warranty or RMA terms apply?
Ask for the written warranty, support and return terms for the quotation or agreement. Do not assume that a general article establishes a universal warranty period, replacement deadline or regional support arrangement.
Where are model specifications and manufacturer PDFs?
Use the model page and the Resources page. HL-850UE and HL-6300R model pages include manufacturer specification PDFs. Confirm the current revision when discussing an order.
