Product Information, Sources and Corrections

This site is published by Honlly Telecom. It contains first-party product information, company information and general technical planning articles for telecom hardware buyers.

How to use product information

Start with the named model page and any linked manufacturer specification. Confirm the revision and ordered hardware, firmware, interfaces, accessories and power configuration with the sales team. An option described in an article is not automatically included in a product.

A specification limit is not a measured internet-service result. Quoted radio or WiFi rates, connected-device counts and operating limits must be read with their stated conditions. Procurement testing should reflect the intended installation and application.

How to use technical guides

Our guides help readers define requirements, compare architectures and prepare supplier questions or tests. They are not operator approvals, laboratory test reports or a statement that all Honlly devices implement every discussed technology.

Where a guide links to a standards body or another source, use that link to check the referenced concept and version. A standards reference does not certify a particular device. Project-specific compatibility and acceptance require evidence for the actual configuration.

Company statements and certification scope

Company history and business figures are first-party statements unless a separate source is identified. A customer or market count is not a product certification. Certification documents apply to their named holder, models and scope; consult the certification document page and request documents for the destination market.

Use the contact details on our Contact page to confirm the contracting entity and the current product documentation for an order.

Prices, supply and support

Pricing, availability, minimum quantities, delivery, sample conditions, warranty and support are confirmed in the written project quotation or agreement. An enquiry page does not advertise a zero-price offer or establish stock status. No universal runtime, deployment saving or service guarantee should be inferred from a product category.

Publication dates and responsibility

Article dates identify the recorded publication and update dates in this website. An update date does not mean that every technical claim was independently tested on that day. Unless a specific contributor is identified, publication is attributed to Honlly Telecom rather than an invented individual expert.

Report an error or request clarification

Email gerard@xmhonlly.com or use the contact form. Include the page URL, model or document reference, the text in question and supporting evidence. Ask for written confirmation before using an unresolved statement as a procurement requirement.
